Symptoms of Grief


These are all normal things that people experience following the death of a loved one - normal and temporary!

No appetite or always eating

"Normal" things/conversations seem meaningless

Thoughts of being or going crazy
Lack of motivation

Spiritual

Sense that nothing matters
Changes in religious/spiritual beliefs
Questioning
Anger at God
